Wyndham are accepted as being the second largest hotel and resort chain in the world, with 9,800 hotels/resorts worldwide, and are considered as being one of the big 5 hotel managements in all other measures, including revenue.

The developers are in very advance discussions with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to manage the Resort’s accommodation and acquire their luxury brand. They manage 40 hotels/resorts in Brazil, with a 80% occupancy rate, but are keen to operate our resort in Buzios. They have asked for an exclusivity agreement which is currently under review with their lawyers. They chose Wyndham above Nobile Hotels and Resorts & Accor Group, who also bid for the role. Wyndham manage 9,800 hotels globally, 324 hotels in South America and 40 hotels in Brazil. Their turnover in 2022 was £1.55 billion. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts as a brand will add a lot value to this development as they have the expertise and associates to manage and make this project a success.

5 STAR RESORT

There are 3 main beaches on the surrounding of the resort including a 7000m2 beach club exclusive for members and guests, artificial beach and a lake. You will also be immersed in nature with a eco-modern home open to nature but with the most high spec and comfort. The resort also has a 5 star luxurious hotel with 54 rooms.

The projected start date for construction is October 2023, with a projected completion date of May 2024, being an 8-month construction. There will be 24 bedrooms on the Ground Floor, with a further 30 bedrooms on the 1st Floor. There will be direct views over the 7,000m2 beach-effect swimming pool for 36 of the 54 rooms.
