Developer due diligence: we assess each of the developers in terms of their overall the competence, professionalism, track record and ability to deliver, making sure each element is addressed to a high degree of capability. If the developer does not fulfill all of the criteria to a high standard then we will not include their properties on the site.
Location: One of the most crucial aspects of property purchase. The location of a development can seriously effect the future value. Whether it be the traditional locations that always remain in demand or new and upcoming locations that will increase in value over time. These are the key questions we focus on and make sure all our developments listed address both.
Price Analysis: What constitutes value for money? Is it buying at the cheapest price or buying a property that fulfills expectation in terms of quality, features, facilities and kerb appeal.
